2.The data is mainly sourced from the sales monitoring data of CREIS (China Real Estate Information System) of the China Index Academy in Henan Province, and the analysis and statistics are conducted with reference to the overall operating conditions and sales performance of new launches during the period.

3.For a small number of enterprises and projects not included in the monitoring scope, they will also be incorporated into the statistics after the relevant documents provided by the enterprises are verified.

4.A small number of enterprises with major operational risks and safety problems are excluded from this statistics.
