1.The sales data of real estate enterprises is counted based on commercial housing sold during the period from January 1 to September 30, 2025, covering the full scope of commercial properties including commercial residential buildings, office buildings, apartments, and commercial premises.
2.The data is mainly sourced from the sales monitoring data of China Index System (CREIS) (click to view) within Henan Province, and is analyzed and counted with reference to the overall operating conditions and the status of project launch and deinventory during the current period.
3.For a small number of enterprises and projects not included in the monitoring scope, relevant documents provided by the enterprises will be reviewed and then incorporated into the statistical scope.
4.A small number of enterprises with significant operational risks and safety issues are excluded from the statistical scope of this report.
