Led by Chang Jianfeng, Deputy Director of the Law Teaching and Research Office of the Party School of the CPC Xuchang Municipal Committee, 12 members of the 17th Section-level Civil Servant Training Class of the Party School visited the group for research on the afternoon of March 19, 2025. The research team from the Party School first visited the Party Construction front of the group and had a basic understanding of the relevant work. Subsequently, the research team went to Hengda·Jinhui Plaza commercial circle for investigation, and inquired in detail about the project's commercial layout planning, format combination, investment promotion strategy and daily operation and management. Then, the inspection team came to Hengda·Heyuan for observation and highly praised the "benchmarking against Pang Donglai to create compliance work" in Heyuan community.
