On December 23, the unveiling ceremony of the " Committee House " (Economic Committee) of the Xuchang CPPCC was held in Hengda Group. Liu Baoxin,  chairman of the CPPCC, unveiled the " Committee House ". Liu Ruihong, vice chairman, presided over the unveiling ceremony. Wei Zhongsheng, member of the Municipal CPPCC's leading party group and secretary of the organ's leading party group, Wang Yongbo, deputy secretary-general of the Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and Li Xiaobing, chairman of Hengda Group attended the unveiling ceremony.

The " Committee House " of the Xuchang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC is the front for CPPCC organizations to contact CPPCC members and people from all walks of life to carry out social activities. Chairman Li Xiaobing, as a member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal CPPCC, is also the chief convener of the "Committee House" (Economic Committee) of the CPPCC. He fully cooperates with the preparations for the "Committee House". Members attending the meeting said one after another that Hengda Group has set up such a good platform, and the CPPCC members in the whole city will definitely play the role of "Committee House" and build it into "learning home, unity home, democracy home and duty performance home", and provide reference and replicable experience for the construction of "member's home" in the whole city.
