On the morning of September 30, the 5th Council meeting of the first session of Xuchang Cultural Industry Development Promotion Association was held in the Zhongyuan International Hotel. At the meeting, Hengda Group was awarded "Outstanding Contribution Award for Cultural Industry Development in Xuchang City".

Xuchang Cultural Industry Development Promotion Association was formally established on January 12, 2013. It is a non-profit social organization with the qualification of corporate legal person and Hengda Group as the vice-president unit. It is composed of representative sectors and individuals from the cultural industry of the city. After it was established, it promoted the corporate culture for better development. The Association made efforts to public the styled culture of Xuchang, while keeping exchange with the outside. As a result, it made outstanding contributions to the prosperity of the city's cultural industry.
